At last Slab Poured last week weather was kind enough for the builder to do his excavation, piering and the concretor poured the slab today. It took less than a week for all these things to happen...Bit relieved as i was worried about the FHOG deadline was comming near...Still fencing needs to be completed and builder advised that they are going on holidays for a month for the frames to be laid...Its a win win for us as the second payment is huge and we did save the intrest for a month..But hang on does it mean we are delayed for a month...Anyhow no complains wish you all a Merryxmas and Happy new Year 2011.
